Do you sell online with checkout?
No. We quote every order so we can confirm price, stock, quantity and delivery. Use the Request a Quote page or call the Brisbane team.
Are the prices on the website final?
Listed prices are shown in AUD and exclude GST. We confirm current pricing, volume rates and availability in your quote.
How does the free-delivery offer work?
Free delivery applies to eligible orders of 10 or more units delivered within 50 km of our Salisbury QLD warehouse. Conditions apply. We confirm eligibility for each order.
Can I check delivery eligibility online?
You can enter your suburb and postcode on the Delivery page. We do not confirm eligibility from a postcode alone, so our team always confirms it.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Pick-up is available at 2/76 Pentex St, Salisbury QLD 4107, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact us first.
Do you ship outside Brisbane?
Yes, we quote freight to addresses across Australia.
Where can I find specifications?
Each product page has a specification table and a downloadable specification sheet. Where we have not been supplied data, the table says: Contact us for specification.
Are your boxes food grade?
This catalogue does not establish food-contact certification for any listed model. Request model-specific documentation for the intended food, temperature and cleaning process.
Do you supply accessories?
We have photos and a video of a water drain valve and castor wheels. Compatibility depends on the product, so send us an accessories enquiry.
